1. SHIPPING POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)
FrenchAvecTulsi.in sells digital products only.
- No physical items are shipped.
- Course access (videos & PDFs) is provided digitally after successful payment.
- Access details are shared via email or user login.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a course is purchased:
- Cancellations are not allowed after access is granted.
- Users are encouraged to review course details carefully before enrolling.
3. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our courses:
Refunds are not provided once:
- Course access has been granted
- Videos or PDFs have been accessed or downloaded
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical error resulting in non-access (validated by our team)
All approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 working days.
4. TECHNICAL ISSUES
If you face any issues accessing your course:

- We will resolve access issues without additional charges
